Account & Wallet
Do I need MetaMask? No. GodEye creates a secure embedded wallet when you sign in. No extensions or downloads.
What network? Polygon. All trading uses USDC on Polygon.
How do I deposit? Two ways:
- Bridge: Built-in multi-chain bridge on the Wallet page. Supports 14+ chains (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, etc.). Auto-converts to USDC on Polygon.
- Direct: Send USDC on Polygon to your Safe wallet address.

Can I deposit from Ethereum, Solana, or Bitcoin? Yes. The bridge handles cross-chain conversion automatically. Select your chain and token, send to the bridge address, receive USDC on Polygon.
Is my wallet safe? Non-custodial. Your funds sit in a Safe smart wallet you control. GodEye can’t move them without your signature. All operations are gasless.
Copy Trading
How fast are copies? Whale trades are detected within seconds. Your copy executes almost immediately after.
Multiple traders? Yes. Each config runs independently with its own settings.
Does it run while I’m offline? Yes. 24/7 on our servers.
Not enough balance? Trade is skipped and logged. Other configs continue. Check Copy Logs for skip reasons.
Can I copy any wallet? Yes. Bot-flagged wallets show a warning, but you can force-copy.
What is copy ratio? A multiplier on the whale’s trade size. 1x = same size. 0.5x = half. 2x = double. See Configuration.
Delete a config: what happens to positions? Config is removed, monitoring stops. Open positions are not closed automatically. Manage them from the Positions page.
Trading
What order types? Market (FOK): fills immediately or fails. Limit (GTC): waits at your price until filled or cancelled. See Order Types.
What happens when a market resolves? Won: $1.00 per share. Lost: $0. Voided: refund at average price.
Can I sell before resolution? Yes. Go to My Positions, click menu, select Sell Position.
Risk Management
Should I set a stop-loss? Yes. Even a wide one (30-40%) protects against total loss.
Multiple orders on one position? Yes. Stop-loss + take-profit together defines your full risk/reward range.
What’s a trailing stop? A stop that moves up with price but never down. Tracks the high water mark and sells if price drops a set percentage below it. See Trailing Stop.
Stop triggered on a brief dip? If price touches your level, even briefly, it triggers. Use wider stops (15-30%) to account for normal volatility.
Paper Trading
What is it? Risk-free simulation with $10,000 virtual USDC. Same prices, same logic, no real money.
How to enable? Toggle Paper/Live in the top bar. Red “PAPER” indicator appears.
Is it realistic? Same real-time prices and execution. Only difference: virtual funds.
Paper and real at the same time? Yes. Tracked separately. You can run the same config in both modes.
Scores & Tiers
How often do tiers update? Daily.
Overall vs Insider vs Copyability?
- Overall: how good the trader is across all dimensions
- Insider: probability of an information edge
- Copyability: how practical they are to copy

Bridge & Deposits
What chains are supported? 14+ including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Solana, Bitcoin, Tron, BNB Chain, and more. See Supported Chains.
How long do deposits take? 2-5 minutes for most chains. Bitcoin may take longer.
Any fees? Yes, covering gas and swap costs. Exact fee shown before you send, along with a guaranteed minimum.
AI Assistant
What is Socrates? Built-in AI chatbot (bottom-right corner). Answers platform questions, searches traders and markets. See AI Assistant.
Can it trade for me? No. Informational only.
Notifications
What types? Copy executions/failures, position outcomes, triggered orders, watchlist trades, market resolutions. See Notifications.
Customizable? Yes. Toggle each type on/off in Settings > Notifications. Set quiet hours and email/push preferences.
Troubleshooting
Can’t place bets: Complete all wallet setup steps. Check USDC balance. Verify you’re in the right mode (Paper vs Live).
Copy trade didn’t execute: Check Logs & History > Copy Logs for the skip reason.
Can’t sell a position: Market may have resolved or been delisted. Check the status badge.
Balance not updating: Wait 2-3 minutes. Check Polygonscan. If using bridge, check the tracker. Refresh the page.
